A choice of fire training courses for you, your team and your premises
We offer a range of fire training courses to suit the needs of your business, as well as meeting regulatory standards.
Fire Training Courses can be delivered face to face at your business premises, live online, or a mix of both. Our courses are never prerecorded, and are always interactive and engaging for your team.
On completion of the training, certificates will be provided for each delegate, as well as one for business detailing names of those who have completed the training. Comprehensive course notes are also provided for further reflection and development – links to home safety resources are included too!
We will work with you to find the most appropriate time for your fire training, with minimal disruption to your organisation, as we are not restricted to conventional office hours.
Course 1 - Fire Warden Training
Fire Warden Training (also known as Fire Marshal) is a 4 hour course, with 3 hours of theory and a 1 hour practical using fire extinguishers on real fires.
Completing this course will help you:
- Ensure designated team members understand their role which includes a proactive approach to prevention.
- Improve knowledge of fire precautions and how to ensure they are effective.
- Understand actions in the event of a fire including safe and effective use of fire extinguishers.
Who is this course for?
Your people with a dedicated fire safety role. For example: Fire Marshals/Wardens, Safety Officers, Facilities Staff, Fire Officers, Event Marshals, Managers and Supervisors.
Course 2 - Practical Extinguisher Training
The 1 hour practical session involves Practical Fire Extinguisher Training, outdoors with real fires.
The fires are fuelled by clean-burn propane gas and do not produce any smoke or leave any mess. We do not require a vast area in which to do this, most outdoor car parks or similar area can easily accommodate our equipment. We would be happy to come and check the area prior to booking.

- Understand safe and effective use of fire extinguishers.
- Promote a proactive approach to safety at work.
- Ensure staff understand actions in the event of a fire.

All staff or those with a dedicated fire safety role.
Course 3 - Fire Awareness Training
Fire Awareness Training is a 3 hour course, with 2 hours of theory and a 1 hour practical using fire extinguishers.
Completing this course will help you:
- Ensure all people have good fire safety awareness which will facilitate correct actions in the event of an incident.
- Improve awareness of fire and appropriate actions.
- Promote a positive ethos to actively thinking about fire safety when at work.

Suitable for staff and volunteers at all levels.
Course 4 - Fire Extinguisher Training
The 1 hour theory session explores the types of extinguishers available and their uses, the classification of fire, and personal safety.
Completing this course will help you:
- Ensure a good understanding of fire extinguishers and correct actions in the event of a fire.
- Prepare your people to recognise actions in the event of a fire with a focus on safety.
- Provide the opportunity to learn how to tackle fires safely and effectively.

Everyone, especially those with a dedicated fire safety role.
Course 5 - Bespoke Fire Training
